Shipping & Returns
To know shipping & handling costs, after having put the items you wanted in the cart, click on "checkout" (top right). The first step will show you S&H costs; you can choose express or economy. At this time you can stop the order if you like. This will cancel your order.
RETURN
We take back only items with an original default and of course items sent to you by mistake. If possible don't open original item packages. Depending on the case, we will refund you or provide a new item. When it comes about limited release items, it often won't be possible to send you a new item. If you think an item from your order needs to be replaced, contact us within 7 days after you receive the package.
All our products are original items (Japanese, USA, PAL). Check whether you can use them before ordering. Moreover, it is up to you to think about the interest of an item. If necessary, ask us questions or do your own research about the item on the internet before ordering.
